I had a mixed experience at the JW Marriott Venice Resort and Spa. The location is stunning and serene, allowing a wonderful escape from busy Venice, and the breakfast was exceptional. However, the service fell short at times, especially during peak hours, and some areas seemed to lack attention to detail. Overall, there are great aspects, but the inconsistencies need addressing.
