The complimentary water shuttle ran every 30 minutes. It made getting around very easy. The hotel grounds were extensive and beautifully maintained. The breakfast buffet included high-quality options like omelets and fresh fruit.
I noticed a few bugs in the room .

the shuttle service to san marco was convenient, made exploring a bit easier.
the air conditioning in our room just didn't cut it and i report it multiple times. i was told that the entire air conditioning for the island was broken. the room felt tired with frayed edges on the bedroom rug, quite disappointing.

Romantic Escape on a Private Island

The grounds are expansive and well-kept. My fiancé and I enjoyed strolling through the beautiful hotel. A rose garden near the main building had fragrant flowerswith a romantic atmosphere. I especially appreciated the rooftop pool and its attentive staff. We ended each day with excellent drinks and enjoyed distant views. The shuttle to the city center was also super convenient, running every 30 minutes from the hotel dock.
The air conditioning did not work well in our room. This, especially during the night.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Matteo at the Lobby Bar prepared excellent cocktails, which we found a delight. I appreciated the quick responses whenever we had questions.

There is a rooftop bar and restaurant with ample seating, also offering great views. Breakfast was extensive with high-quality food. The selection included omelets, fruit, pastries, and meats. A fitness center and spa are available on the hotel.

the hotel has a free shuttle boat to the city center. it ran frequently and dropped off near san marco square. the grounds are extensive (i enjoyed walking around).
the air conditioning in my room was not very effective. this was a problem during a hot time of year. also, i found the concierge services to be slow (it took a while to get responses to emails).

the resort provided transport to the city every 30 minutes. the hotel grounds were beautiful. my family enjoyed relaxing by the pool and walking the hotel for one day.
the air conditioning in my room did not work well. i reported the issue multiple times with no effective solution offered. the staff at the concierge were not helpful. it took them a long time to reply to emails, so i secured most of my reservations on my own.
